Rucha Pathak appointed as Chief Creative Officer at Fox Star Studios

In her new role, Rucha will be responsible for the development of the local film portfolio across Hindi and all regional languages

Rucha Pathak will take over the role of Chief Creative Officer at Fox Star Studios with immediate effect. Pathak joined Fox Star in July 2014 as Head of Creative and Development where her responsibility was to lead the development of scripts, assembling projects and building relationships with talent. In her expanded role as Chief Creative Officer, Pathak will oversee and be responsible for the development of the entire local film portfolio across Hindi, and all regional languages.

Pathak has significant experience in developing and producing content including her contributions to films like Aamir, Dev D, No One Killed Jessica, Paan Singh Tomar, Chillar Party, Harud, Barfi, and Anybody Can Dance. Her latest project at FSS is the under- production film Neerja.

Aalif Surti, Pathak's predecessor, who has been associated with Fox Star since 2008, has decided to pursue his passions outside FSS.
