With the onset of Diwali and growing noise pollution levels across Indian cities, pets and elderly people are the worst affected. Expressing special consideration for them is J Walter Thompson Hyderabad’s fun film for Wintech, the largest manufacturer of PVC profiles in India. The film promises a #Soundproof Diwali.

Talking about the film, Senthil Kumar, National Creative Director, JWT, who has also scripted the story and directed the film, said, “This film captures a day in the life of a boarding school principal and his pet dog while they are in deep sleep. Wintech dedicates this film to pets, their owners and elders who have always been troubled by the excessive noise levels during Diwali.”

In fact, this film will remind everyone of their favourite childhood pranks in boarding school, day school, college or hostels. The film depicts a popular prank that pits the mischievous boys and the backbenchers in school against the strict, disciplinarian headmaster. The ad shows a fire- cracker chain being set off by the school’s pranksters but which fails to disturb the principal and his dog due to sound proof windows.

“Diwali is a celebration for many, but a nightmare for our pets. These helpless creatures have no escape from the sound of crackers. As a brand promoting sound- proof and eco-friendly homes, we took this opportunity to spread social awareness about ensuring a pet-friendly Diwali,” said Ashven Datla, Managing Director, NCL Wintech.

NCL Wintech, head-quartered in Hyderabad with a nationwide presence, provides customised solutions in windows and doors. These systems are specifically designed to suit the harsh climatic and environmental conditions in India.

They currently supply uPVC windows and doors to over 1 million homes and the company is known to meet customer requirements irrespective of their location or needs.
