&TV to refresh programming with two new shows

Balaji Telefilms' show 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum' is slated to replace 'Razia Sultan' from October 26. The channel has also lined up mythology series, 'Santoshi Maa'

Hindi GEC &TV is set usher in changes in its programming line-up by introducing two new fiction shows, including the first ever show on &TV by Balaji Telefilms.

Titled 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum', the daily show from the Balaji Telefilms' stable is slated to go on air from October 26 and will replace Swastik Pictures' period drama 'Razia Sultan'. The new show will air Monday to Friday in the 9.30 pm slot. It may be noted here that 'Razia Sultan' peremiered on &TV during the launch phase of the channel.

'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum' is a romantic drama featuring Karan Kundra and Saanvi Talwar in the lead roles. With this show, Kundra marks his return to television after four years.

Meanwhile, around the same time, &TV is also gearing up to launch a mythology series, 'Santoshi Maa', that is being produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms.

A source close to the network has confirmed the development and said, “'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum' will replace 'Razia Sultan' from October 26. However, the time slot for 'Santoshi Maa' is yet to be decided.”
