AskmeBazaar invites online shoppers to get drenched in deals

The campaign, titled ‘Rainovation’, has been designed and conceptualised by JWT and seeks to rejuvenate the shopping experience of customers this monsoon

Online shopping trends in India are expected to grow in the coming years. According to CBRE India Consumer Survey 2015, consumers indicate that they are likely to shop online more frequently in future as factors like ease and convenience come into play. As per the survey, nearly 80 per cent of shoppers feel that they are likely to spend more via online shopping routes compared to spending more at physical stores.

In rhythm with the surge in online shopping industry and its constant endeavour to connect and engage with customers, AskmeBazaar has recently launched a new campaign, called ‘Rainovation’. The campaign aims to rejuvenate the shopping experience of its customers this monsoon with various offers on appliances, apparels, mobiles, etc.

Conceptualised by J. Walter Thompson, the digital only ad film entertainingly depicts the idea of getting drenched in great deals and offers across different categories on the platform of AskmeBazaar. The film shows a young woman enjoying her cup of coffee while it’s raining outside, when suddenly packages of various sizes drop from the sky even as the voiceover informs of the various deals available at amazing prices on products ranging from apparels to appliances on AskmeBazaar.
