et-now-new-logo-nlET NOW and Cisco have collaborated to launch Cisco Technology Awards, an award series that looks at felicitating organisations that have understood the importance of technology and have taken a step today in order to win tomorrow.

The award categories are: Supply Chain Optimization, Improving Employee Productivity, Improving Asset Utilization, Enhancing Customer Experience, Innovation, Environment Sustainability, Citizen Services & Corporate Social Responsibility.

In addition to Cisco Technology Awards, ET NOW & Cisco will also create a unique television show 'Internet of Everything: Tech Talks' – a series of in-depth panel discussions that will feature renowned business leaders, industry experts and shortlisted participants of Cisco Technology Awards. The show will be anchored by Abhimanyu Radhakrishnan.

Nand Kishore Badami, Director, Marketing Management, commented “India is at an inflection point as it goes through a massive transformation anchoring on technology. We believe that 'Internet of Everything' is a potential game changer that could redefine our society, economy, governments and even our environment. While IoE in the private sector could possibly create over USD 14 trillion in value at stake by 2022, in the social sector, it could bring about a sea of change in key areas including education, healthcare and citizen services among others. With this initiative, our intent is to bring to fore the talent we have in this country to start conversations that would eventually lead to action and real on-ground impact.”
