Colors continues to dominate weekday programming with 4 shows in top 10 list in Week 19 of TAM 2013

publive-imageWeek 19 of TAM 2013 witnessed no changes in terms of number of weekday shows in the top 10 shows list among Hindi general entertainment channels. While Star Plus' show Diya Aur Baati Hum remained the chart topper, Colors continued to lead weekday programming with four shows in the top 10 followed by Star Plus with three shows, Zee TV with two shows and SAB with one show.

According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 19 (May 5 - May 11) of TAM 2013, Star Plus' India's Dancing Superstar continued to strengthen its leadership in weekend programming with an average of 2.8 TVR.

Life OK added maximum 21 points on the back of Maha Episode of Mahadev that fetched 2.5 TVR while Shapath 2 grew to 1.4 TVR from last week's 0.8 TVR.

Weekday toppers

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus continued to lead the weekday programming and fetched an average of 3.8 TVR (last week 4.0).

SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma climbed one position to No. 2 with an average TVR of 3.0 against last week's 2.9 TVR.

Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai also climbed one position to No. 3 this week with an average TVR of 2.9 TVR this week (last week 2.8).

Colors' Balika Vadhu climbed one position to No. 4 this week. The show averaged at 2.8 TVR this week (last week 2.7).

Zee TV's Qubool Hai went one position up at No. 5. The show averaged at 2.8 TVR (last week 2.6).

Star Plus' show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai climbed one position to No. 6 this week. It fetched an average rating of 2.7 TVR (last week 2.6).

Zee TV's Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke slipped 5 positions to No. 7 this week. It recorded an average of 2.7 TVR (last week 3.0).

Madhubala on Colors climbed to No. 8 this week from No. 9 last week. The show averaged 2.5 TVR (last week 2.4).

The No. 9 position was also held by Colors's Uttaran that fetched an average of 2.4 TVR (last week 2.4)

Sasural Simar Ka on Colors held No. 10 position with an average TVR of 2.3 (last week 2.5).

Weekend toppers

Star Plus dancing reality show India's Dancing Superstar strengthened its leadership in weekend programming. The show grew to 2.8 TVR (last week 2.5).

At No. 2, Sony's crime show CID fetched an average TVR of 2.2 (last week 2.2).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, garnered 2.0 TVR this week (last week 2.0).

India's Best Dramebaaz on Zee TV slipped to No. 4 position with an average TVR of 1.7 (last week 2.2).

Fear Files on Zee TV recorded an average TVR of 1.5 (last week1.5).

Comedy Circus ke Ajoobe on Sony averaged 1.5 TVR (last week 1.5).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1.2 TVR (last week 1.0).

Adalat on Sony recorded 1.2 TVR (last week 0.9).
