The verdict of the ultimate test of strength is finally out! UTV Action the channel synonymous with high octane activities announced the closure of Panja League 2012. The league which started on 14th March came to a big bang end on 30th March with 19 agencies participating in the action packed competition across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.38 people took home the coveted titles of Panja King and Panja Queen.

The second season of the Panja League had participants competing with each other as per global standards of arm wrestling within the same agency. The participating agencies this year included Group M, Madison, Starcom, Carat, R K Swamy, MPG and others. Agencies were abuzz with enthusiasm as everyone competed to showcase their power and also take home the swanky Jabra wave which was awarded to one male and one female winner from each agency.

Speaking on the response to the second season, Kunal Mukherjee, Marketing Head, UTV Action said, “This year we saw participation of over 500 trade patrons who thoroughly enjoyed the competition. Panja League 2 was a truly power packed event and one of the biggest action events across media agencies. UTV Action has managed to create a successful annual action property through Panja League and we look forward to another successful season.”
