Star Plus shows weaken; Zee Cine Awards acquires No. 4 position

Star Plus retains 5 out of the top 10 positions; SAB TV's 'Tarak Mehta' makes an entry in the top 10 list

The drop of 36 GRPs that Star Plus has witnessed this week indicates weaker performance of its TRP puller shows in comparison with last week. Despite that, the channel has retained five out of the top ten spots in Week 6 (February 5 - 11). Zee TV's Zee Cine Awards has fared well on TAM peoplemeter and acquired the No. 4 position. Both of Sony's crime shows, CID and Crime Patrol, have secured their positions in the top 10 list. Colors' only show in the top 10 list has retained its place.

SAB TV's 'Taarak Mehta…' has featured in the top 10 programmes this week. Sony's 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain' has failed to make it to the top 10 list for the second week in a row because of the tough fight from Colors' 'Na bole tum na maine kuchh kaha'. In Week 6 of TAM 2012, BALH has averaged 2.9 TVR against 'Na bole tum …' which has fetched 2.0 TVR.

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus has topped the chart this week. It was No. 3 last week. The show has garnered 5.49 TVR this week (last week 6.1).

Star Plus's Saathia is at No. 2 with 5.22 TVR this week (last week 6.21).

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus has slipped to 3rd position with 4.83 TVR this week (last week 6.18).

Zee Cine Awards which helped Zee TV cross the 200-mark this week has acquired the No. 4 position, fetching 4.38 TVR.

Star Plus' Is Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon has slipped to No. 5 with 4.38 TVR this week (last week 4.7).

At No. 6 is Colors' Balika Badhu which has fetched 4.24 TVR this week (last week 3.95).

Sony's CID and Crime Patrol are at No. 7 and No. 8 with 4.12 TVR this week. Last week, CID had garnered 4.15 TVR while Crime Patrol had 3.93 TVR.

Star Plus' Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai holds the 9th spot with 3.88 TVR (last week 3.90).

SAB TV has entered the top 10 list with its Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma which has fetched 3.84 TVR this week.
