TLC's exciting new series Mission Menu follows three international Executive Chefs – Giuseppe “G” Bologona, Ricardo Cardona and Diane DiMeo – as they employ their unique culinary skills to overhaul existing restaurant businesses, and alsohelp launch new ones. The passionate Chefs help struggling restaurants find their way and they stop at nothing to ensure that their clients find success. Whether the fare is French, Thai or a fusion of the two, Chefs G, Ricardo and Diane are capable of combining flavours and ingredients to create culinary artistry.

The greatest executive chefs in the world are not masters of just one cuisine – they are ambassadors of food. From transforming a flat lining Mexican restaurant to turning an Italian restaurant upside down, no task is too tough for this inspired crew. On this extraordinary journey, the crew also helps people realize their dreams and get out of a bad situation with their menu-overhauling skills. The Mission Menu team experiments with menus from all over the world – Korean, Brazilian, Vietnamese, Thai and Puerto Rican, no cuisine is too tough to tackle for these gourmet gods.

Master chef Giuseppe “G” Bologona is the main person who liaises with the restaurateurs. With a passion and talent for putting new twists on any cuisine, the Brooklyn-born businessman also helps ensure that the team stays within their budget for each mission. Ricardo Cardona is an award-winning Chef and owner of several successful restaurants. The dishes he creates are as fiery as his temper! The sassy Diane DiMeo has years of experience in the food industry, having worked with top restaurants and almost every type of cuisine. Diane is also one of the very few female executive chefs – and undoubtedly Mission Menu's secret ingredient! The Mission Menu chefs are assisted by Meat, the team's apprentice. Meat aspires to become a Chef and does his best to help out in any way he can.
