Yatra.com announces winners of 'Outlook Traveller Awards 2011'

Yatra.com, India's leading company in the online travel space announced the winners of the 'Outlook Traveller Awards 2011' in a glittering ceremony in New Delhi yesterday evening. The award ceremony was attended by some prominent personalities from the travel & tourism industry like Honorable Minister of Tourism, Shri Subodh Kant. Yatra.com was the title sponsor of the awards, that were based on the results of the latest Outlook Traveller's Annual consumer survey, which aimed at finding consumer preferences across several categories including hotels, airlines and holiday destinations.

The awards were given across eighteen categories. Himachal won the award for favorite Summer Destination, Goa won the award for favourite Winter Destination, Kerala won for favourite Indian State while Jaipur won the favourite Indian City award.
