Bates 141 today announced the appointment of Srijib Mallik as Executive Vice President and Head of Delhi operations. He will report to Sandeep Pathak, CEO, Bates 141. Previously associated with Rediffusion Y&R as the National Business Head, Srijib has a rich industry experienceÂ working on global brands like Nokia, HP, Pepsi, General Motors, and MTS both in India and overseas. Prior to Rediffusion Y & R,he was with Wieden & Kennedy and JWTÂ in Delhi and with Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis in Singapore.
Srijib is a Sloan Fellow from the London Business School and his leadership experience includes program and account management, team development, business process and systems improvement and achieving profitability. Widely travelled, he is a Formula One enthusiast and has interests in cooking and Vedic Astrology
