Candid Marketing appoints Dilip Moorkoth as VP, Client Servicing

Candid Marketing has appointed Dilip Moorkoth as VP, Client Servicing. Starting 20th April '11, Moorkoth will play a key role in developing the existing business and nurturing the growth of the agency. With an experience of nearly 13 years in the industry, Dilip specializes in Strategic Planning, Interactive Marketing, Account Management, Events and Activation.
Moorkoth flagged off his career in 1998 as an entrepreneur, by setting up Eternia Enterprises, a company focused on planning and management of consumer expos and conducting training programs.
Prior to joining Candid, Dilip was the CMO at BVU Media Ltd and engaged with clients like HUL, McAfee, Audi, LG, ICICI, BCCI to name a few. Dilip has also been a part of Thinktank Branded Entertainment, where he spearheaded the business of developing advertising funded programs. He worked closely with leading media houses like Group Mesp, Madison and Television channels Channel V, Star TV and created TV content ideas for Lux Body Wash, Ponds, Hero Honda, J&J, to name a few.
Dilip also pioneered the growth of Midas Events between 2002- 2006 as part of core management team in the position of COO Brand Activation and managed the business of HUL, Sanofi Aventis, PSI, Lowe, JWT, Group M, Airtel, Wipro, Tata Sky. During this stint, he led the team to win the National Gold Award for 'Outstanding Work on Social Projects' at the Brand Equity Promo Awards 2006 for the effort on a national BTL campaign 'Kaun Banega Shyam Sitara', conceptualized for PSI.
