Creative Duo Ravi Kumar & Manoj Jacob Join Meridian Bangalore

Both will together lead the creative function at the agency; they resigned from Euro RSCG last month.

Ravikumar C and Manoj Jacob have joined Meridian Bangalore to lead the creative function at the agency. They resumed office on 1st March 2011. The creative duo resigned from Euro RSCG India last month. Both were Creative Directors at Euro RSCG.

Confirming the development with BestMediaInfo.com, Ravi and Manoj said, “We are excited to take a bigger responsibility at Meridian with a number of large sized accounts like Arvind Mills, Karbonn Mobiles, Bangaluru Airport and Himalaya to name a few. We look forward to recreate the same magic like we did a year back at O&M Bangalore.”

Both Ravi and Manoj had joined Euro RSCG Delhi as art-copy team in 2009 September. Later on Ravi moved to Eruo’s Mumbai Office to head the art.

At Euro, the duo were working on Dettol, Lyzol, Baskin Robbins, Easy off bang, Colin and worked on launch campaign for INQ Mobile phones in India.

RaviKumar C and Manoj Jacob joined Euro from O&M, Bangalore where they worked as Associate Creative Directors for 2.5 years.

Both met together at Disha Communications in 2003, after which they parted ways – Ravi worked with JWT and McCann, while Manoj moved to Contract – they both got back together at Ogilvy.

The duo have been recognized by several national and international awards shows, such as, Cannes, Clio, Oneshow, Adfest Asia, Abby’s, Bangalore ad club and Cochin ad club. Their work has also appeared in The Work and they have been ranked among the top creative list by Campaign Brief in the Asia Pacific region in the year of 2010.
