New Delhi: Vinod Ramgopal Maheshwari, media magnate and Chairman of Navbharat Group, died in Mumbai on the morning of August 12.
He had been fighting dengue and was moved to Mumbai for treatment, where he passed away.
In his tribute, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari expressed profound sorrow over Maheshwari’s death. He praised Maheshwari for giving a voice to Central India and upholding journalistic values through Navbharat.
Gadkari shared a personal connection with Maheshwari spanning decades, mourning the loss of a dear friend. He offered prayers for Maheshwari's soul and strength for his family.
