Pogo adds slate of movies and specials for summer with ‘2 Ka Dum’

Delhi: Pogo, India's  homegrown kids' entertainment channel has added a slate of new movies and specials in Hindi,  Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Marathi that started Wednesday, May 1 from 11:30 AM to 1:30  PM. 

Pogo has unveiled the second part of Little Singham and Chhota Bheem in an exclusive movie “Aag Aur Pani Ka Badla”. The sequel premiered on Wednesday, May 1 at 11:30 AM in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu,  Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi.

Talking about the summer slate, Uttam Pal Singh, Head  of Kids Cluster – South Asia, Warner Bros. Discovery, said, “At Pogo, it has been our focus to super-serve Indian audiences with the best of entertainment in new and engaging formats and this 2 Ka Dum line-up is our gift for kids this summer season. From clutter-breaking  original movies and specials, our goal is to be the first choice of entertainment for every kid.” 

Furthermore, Pogo has created a new lineup of ‘Big Picture’ specials featuring new tales from  the worlds of Chhota Bheem and Little Singham. The new slate includes storylines with Chhota Bheem in  a face off with Tabora and Damyaan in ‘Chhota Bheem Vs Tabora’ and ‘Damyaan Ka Badla’ Big  Pictures respectively. Additionally, new universes like ‘Little Singham Multiverse Mein Dobara’ and ‘Little Singham Aur  Krishna: Dwarka ke Rakhwale’ Big Picture specials are also introduced. 

Movies such as Chhota Bheem  Blockbuster – ‘Pretpur ka Kala Saaya’, Little Singham 3D Movie Maha Blockbuster – ‘Rise of Kaal-Vansh’,  Chhota Bheem 2D Maha Blockbuster – ‘Kank bahadur ka Khazana’ and Little Singham 3D Maha  Blockbuster – ‘Revenge of Aparshatru’ are also in the slate. 

Talking about Pogo's 2 Ka Dum summer campaign, Janhavi Vyas, Head of Marketing, South Asia, Warner  Bros. The channel's summer-long campaign is co-powered by ITC Classmate and Parle Products FAB, co-presented by Perfetti Centre Fruit, along with Associate sponsors Jyothy Labs Exo, Zydus - Brand and  Godrej. Along with the new movies and specials, Little Singham and Chhota Bheem will showcase their 2  Ka Dum by visiting their fans at malls across ten cities including Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru all  throughout summer.
