New Delhi: Hindi news channel Aaj Tak set a new benchmark for live concurrent viewership during the exit poll at the end of the seventh and final phase of polling in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections on June 1.
During the Exit Poll hours from 6 pm to 10 pm on Saturday, Aaj Tak recorded an average of 276.8k concurrent users in its primary feed.
The advertisers on the live feed of Aaj Tak had a field day with the magnanimity of the average numbers on the channel, especially in relative terms.
In relative terms, Aaj Tak’s average concurrent viewers were more than 2.3X of the primary feeds of all other Hindi news channels put together.
