New Delhi: India-based enterprise technology solutions provider Vritti Solutions has launched a dedicated IT Services Division, marking an expansion of its operations in the UAE and a broader shift towards end-to-end technology services.

The company, which has operated for over two decades as an enterprise software solutions provider, said the new division reflects its transition into a wider technology-led services model. The move is positioned around supporting organisations in managing core IT operations, navigating digital transitions and accessing flexible talent arrangements in a changing business environment.

According to the company, the IT Services Division will provide services such as production support for ERP and customised IT systems, IT infrastructure support, customised software development, staff augmentation and IT-enabled services, including both voice and non-voice processes. These offerings are intended for enterprises across sectors such as retail, finance, manufacturing, logistics and services.

Commenting on the launch, Veerendra Jamdade, founder and chief executive officer of Vritti Solutions, said, “Enterprises globally are increasingly depending on agile tech ecosystems, and demand for robust IT infrastructure services is seeing an all-time high. Our state-of-the-art IT Services division is designed to offer comprehensive technology support to enterprises, especially in the UAE, which continues to be a hub for digital innovation and business growth. With 2 decades of expertise and a customer-first approach, we aim to become a long-term technology partner for organisations in the region.”

The company said the UAE would be a key focus market for the new division as it looks to deepen engagement with regional enterprises seeking operational stability and scalable technology support.
