Rajasthan Royals’ Zameer Kochar joins Angel One as CMO

Delhi: Zameer Kochar has recently assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Angel One, transitioning from his previous position with the IPL team Rajasthan Royals.

His tenure with Rajasthan Royals began in 2021, where he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer. Before his time at Rajasthan Royals, Kochar held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Member Engagement at InterMiles, the frequent-flyer program of Jet Airways.

Kochar shared the news of his new role and bid farewell to Rajasthan Royals via a post on LinkedIn.

He was also, previously the Head of Marketing, Brand and Promotions, with LoyaltyOne. Prior to LoyaltyOne, Kochar was Senior Marketing Manager with Star India and was responsible for the launch and sustenance of some of the key non-fiction formats on the channel.

Kochar started his career with Hindustan Unilever in 2003 as Brand Development Manager and worked there for seven years. He joined Godfrey Phillips India as Regional Marketing Manager and worked there for a year.

He did his Masters in Business and Management Studies from M.E.T Institute of Management.
