Delhi: Akila Jayaraman, Head of Sales Strategy of JioAds has been elevated to the position of head GTM strategy and marketing.
At her new role, Jayaraman will be leading the overall GTM narrative, positioning and pricing across JioAds businesses - ConnectedTV, Retail Media, In-store Media, DOOH and SMB.
She will also be leading in-bound and outbound product marketing to drive customer demand and adoption and will be responsible for building the overall brand and thought leadership for JioAds.
She has over 17+ years across 3 sectors, with developed expertise spanning consulting, research, sales and account management in the mobile and technology domain.
Prior to this, Jayaraman held key roles at GroupM, Cheil leading integrated media mandate for brands like Samsung and Google. She has also been instrumental in building Madhouse's mobile performance marketing practice as well as their marketing insights division.
She has also worked with companies like Essence, Madhouse, Comviva Technologies, Ericsson India, and Feedback Business Consulting.
