BCCI onboards Wonder Cement as official umpire partner for IPL

Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has partnered with Wonder Cement as the official umpire partner for the Indian Premier League (IPL). 

The Rs 250 crore deal will start with the IPL 2024 play-offs and extend until 2028. 

Wonder Cement replaces Paytm and becomes the sixth new sponsor this year, joining Tata Sons, My11Circle, AngelOne, RuPay, and Ceat.

As part of the agreement, Wonder Cement’s logo will be displayed on LED hoardings, sight screens, and the umpire’s caps and uniforms. 

Tata Sons holds the IPL title sponsorship rights for Rs 2500 crore. Other official partners include My11Circle (Rs 625 crore), AngelOne (Rs 410 crore), Ceat (Rs 240 crore), and RuPay (Rs 210 crore), with RuPay’s deal set to end in 2026. All other sponsorships are for five years.
