New Delhi: Google is introducing a new advertising network designed to deliver targeted ads to streaming boxes and smart TVs powered by Google TV.

The ad service, called the Google TV Network, allows advertisers to place unskippable in-stream ads across over 125 live channels, many of which are FAST (free ad-supported streaming TV) channels.

The Google TV network is available directly through Google Ads and Google Display & Video 360.

Advertisers can plan, buy, and measure Google TV campaigns alongside existing digital video campaigns.

“When you set up your video campaign, just select the Google TV network alongside YouTube to maximise reach on the biggest screen on the home,” wrote Amit Ghorawat, Group Product Manager, YouTube Ads, in a blog post.
