Dennis Woodside becomes new CEO of Freshworks

Delhi: Dennis Woodside, the current president of Freshworks, has been appointed as the new CEO after founder Girish Mathrubootham's decision to step down from his role as chief executive officer. Mathrubootham will transition into the position of executive chairman.

Woodside joined Freshworks in September 2022 and has previously served as CEO of Dropbox (from August 2014 to September 2018) and Motorola (from May 2012 to April 2014), among other roles.

Freshworks recently reported its first-quarter results for 2024, revealing a consolidated revenue of $165.5 million and a non-GAAP operating profit of $21.8 million.
