Delhi: Adobe introduced a suite of technologies aimed to harness the power of generative AI and real-time insights.

Central to Adobe's vision is the Adobe Experience Platform AI Assistant, a tool that offers a conversational interface to streamline productivity for experienced practitioners. This AI-powered assistant not only addresses technical queries but also automates tasks, simulates outcomes, and generates audiences and journeys across various applications within Adobe's ecosystem.

Furthermore, Adobe introduced GenStudio and Firefly Services. Leveraging the prowess of generative AI, these tools aim to facilitate efficient production workflows while ensuring that content remains on-brand. With GenStudio, marketing teams can expedite the planning, creation, management, activation, and measurement of content.

Norm de Greve, Chief Marketing Officer at General Motors, lauded Adobe's enterprise applications for enabling real-time, highly personalised touchpoints at scale, underscoring the pivotal role of Adobe Experience Cloud. “Creating richer and more relevant experiences within a connected customer journey is fundamental to success in today’s marketing climate and Adobe Experience Cloud has been our partner of choice in Customer Experience Management,” he said.

Adobe continues to expand its partner ecosystem, forging alliances with Microsoft and OneTrust. Through these collaborations, Adobe seeks to catalyse generative AI investments, processes, and workflows across the digital marketing landscape.
