Krishnan Sundaram departs from Unilever after 23 years

Krishnan Sundaram, Vice-President and Business Head for nutrition, Unilever, has departed from the company after over 23 years of service.

He posted about this move on his LinkedIn profile. In the post, he said, “This weekend marks the end of my 23+ year long career with Unilever. Little did I know In 1999 when I first interned with HLL (as it was then) that this association would turn into a rich & exciting career with many learnings and countless friendships. As a friend reminded me today, I have spent more than half my life so far in this great company. As I move on to new adventures in the new year, I would like to share my deep gratitude for the many mentors and leaders I have worked with”

The post also mentioned that Sundaram will be taking a brief break before transitioning to the next phase of his career.

Sundaram began his journey with the company as a Business leadership trainee in 2000. In May 2001, he was elevated to Sales and Customer Manager and later to Senior Brand Manager in Feb, 2004.

Lastly, for the past 5 years, he served as the VP and Business Head, Nutrition.
