Colors Bangla Cinema has announced the upcoming ‘Durnitir Dofarofa’ movie festival.

The festival aims to ignite sentiments of eradicating corruption from society.

The special segment will be aired from January 26th to 28th, 2024, at 1:0 pm as part of the Republic Day celebrations.

Colors Bangla Cinema added that its ethos revolves around addressing societal issues through the power of storytelling.

It further stated that “Durnitir Dofarofa” exemplifies its commitment to not just celebrating national sentiment on Republic Day but actively contributing to the betterment of our society. It delves into the profound purpose of removing corruption, emphasising that this cause should not be limited to a mere sentiment remembered on one day.

The movie line-up includes Barood starring Mithun Chakraborty, Shankar Chakraborty and Rajatava Dutta, Minister Fatakeshto starring Chakraborty, Koel Mullick and Soumitra Chatterjee and Josh starring Jeet and Srabanti.
