Doms Industries appoints Saumitra Prasad as CMO

The Stationary brand Doms Industries has appointed Saumitra Prasad as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Marketing at Revlon.

With a professional journey spanning over 26 years within the FMCG and consumer durables sectors, Saumitra Prasad has garnered experience working with companies such as CavinKare, Kokuyo Camlin, and Revlon India.

He started his career in 1997 as a product manager at Sansui India. He went on to work for a year each in VLCC and LML.

In November 2008, he joined John Keells Foods India as Head, Sales and Marketing.

After that, he spent close to 13 years at CavinKare.

In 2013, he became the CMO at Kokuyo Camlin and worked there for close to 7 years.

Post that, he joined Capital Maharaja Group as its Marketing Director before joining Revlon in 2021.
