WeWork appoints Debosmita Majumder as Chief Marketing Officer

Coworking space provider, WeWork, has appointed Debosmita Majumder as Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, she will be based out of Bangalore.

Prior to joining WeWork, she was serving as Group Head-Marketing and Communications at Embassy Group for over two years.

Earlier she was also associated with Porsche India and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India for nearly three years across roles such as Deputy General Manager- Marketing and Head of Marketing.

In the past, Majumder also worked with Puma Group for over five years wherein she served the first four years as Head of Marketing and later assumed an additional role as Associate Director for one year.

She also worked with Sony Six and Kix, MSL India, Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick and Genesis Burson Marsteller in the past.
