Navnit Nakra, CEO, OnePlus India, has moved on from the company after over three years of association.
According to reports, Nakra has stepped down from his role to follow his passion and spend time with his family.
He was elevated to CEO and Head of OnePlus India in 2021, earlier he had been serving as Vice-President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Sales in India.
According to reports, Nakra had shared a letter with the company in which he said that he had given considerable thought and chosen to leave OnePlus in order to pursue his passion and spend precious time with his family.
"I have decided to leave OnePlus. I aim to pursue my interest while also spending valuable time with my family. It has been a pleasure to be a part of our great Community --- even if I am no longer a member of the business team, I hope you will grant me the honour of remaining a member of the OnePlus Community," Nakra’s letter, as per the reports, read.
Prior to OnePlus, Nakra had worked with Apple as the Head of Affordability in India. In a career spanning over 20 years, Nakra has also worked with Citi for approximately 15 years in various capacities.
