Cannes Lions 2023: India secures 7 shortlists in Sustainable Development category

With the shortlists for the final category released Wednesday, Indian agencies have secured seven more shortlists in the Sustainable Development Goals category taking total number of shortlists to 77 at the Cannes Lions 2023.

Leo Burnett Mumbai led today's shortlists by securing four nominations while Dentsu Creative, VMLY&R and FCB India bagged one shortlist each.

Lay's Smart Farm by Leo Burnett Mumbai fetched three shortlists under "Hunger" and "Life on Land" subcategories. The agency's work titled "The Biochar Project by Lay's" has bagged the nomination in the "Responsible Consumption and Production" category.

FCB India's FCB Interface Mumbai bagged the shortlist for its work titled "TR for Teacher" done for Navneet under the "Decent Work and Economic Growth" subcategory.

Dentsu Creative Gurugram’s campaign titled “The everything book” done for Vedantu made the cut in the “Quality Education” subcategory.

Suvidha Centre created by VMLY&R Mumbai and VMLY&R Commerce Mumbai for Hindustan Unilever has been nominated under the “Clean water and sanitation” subcategory.
