Indian agencies secured a total of 43 shortlists across 13 categories at the Cannes Lions 2023 today.
Altogether, Cannes Lions announced shortlists for 17 categories on Sunday.
Shortlists are announced in the Design, Digital Craft, Direct, Entertainment, Entertainment Lions For Gaming, Entertainment Lions For Music, Entertainment Lions For Sport, Film Craft, Health & Wellness, Industry Craft, Media, Outdoor, Pharma, PR, Print & Publishing, Radio & Audio categories and Social & Influencer Lions categories.
From India, Leo Burnett’s tally stood strongest at 13 shortlists; followed by dentsu Creative at 8; Talented.Agency at 7; FCB Group India at 6; DDB Mudra Group, Ogilvy and Mindshare India at 2 each; and Wondrlab India, BBDO India and EssenceMediacom at 1 each.
There are no shortlists from India in the Pharma, Health and Wellness, Entertainment Lions for Music and Digital Craft categories.
