Luminous' Ruchika Gupta moves on after over seven years of association with the company

After being associated with Luminous Power Technologies for more than seven years, the AVP- Marketing turned CMO, Ruchika Gupta has decided to call it quits. 

Announcing the move through a LinkedIn post, Gupta stated that the week gone-by marked the end of her tenure at the company.

“Almost 7 years at an organisation is testament to the fact that it has become a part of my identity. Over these years, multiple milestones were achieved and many friendships forged,” her post read. 

In her role as Luminous CMO, Gupta was covering overseeing brand management, digital consumer experience, and development of marketing and advertising initiatives with a strong focus on overall brand building.  

Moreover, in her post, she also went on to convey her gratitude to her mentors and colleagues in the post.

Signing off her stint at Luminous on LinkedIn, she also said, “Even after 25+ years, I am excited to be a part of this glorious world of storytelling and building brand values. Hopefully my next chapter will enhance this excitement further. More on that soon :)”

Gupta had joined the company back in July 2016 as the AVP-Marketing and was elevated to the role of CMO in August 2021.

Prior to Luminous, she was heading the qualitative research wing for Millward Brown for the Northern region for nearly two years.

In her past stints, she has also served as Director for Apps Marketing and Windows Consumer Strategy in Microsoft, Head of Retail and Customer Marketing in Nokia, and Head of Consumer and Market Insights in Nestle India.
