India has brought home a total of 29 medals - including three Gold, 12 Silver, 12 Bronze, one Grande and one Innova Lotus medal – at the AdFest 2023.
AdFest 2023 has announced the details of Gold, Silver, Bronze, Grande and Innova Lotus winners for this year.
There were no winners from India in the Direct Craft Lotus, Lotus Roots, Mobile Lotus, Outdoor Lotus, Press Lotus, Print and Outdoor Craft Lotus, Radio and Audio Lotus, Grande For Humanity, Special Awards, Young Lotus categories.

BBDO India's Ariel #ShareTheLoad campaign has won six medals at AdFest. The campaign, which shines a light on gender inequality in India, earned one Gold, two Silver, and three Bronze medals across Effective Lotus, Digital and Social, Media, and PR categories. Leo Burnett's #BringBack2011 for Oreo won a Silver, a Grande and a Gold medal under Guerrilla Marketing and Stunts, Launch/Relaunch and Integrated Brand Experience Campaign categories respectively.
VMLY&R Commerce's Smart Fill for Unilever won a Bronze medal under Brand Experience Lotus category.
