Manan Shah, the Marketing Director, India and South East Asia at Truecaller, has stepped down from his position after almost six-and-a-half years of association with the company.
Shah announced the move through a LinkedIn post, in which he said, “My watch has ended. Onwards and Upwards!”
Shah has almost two decades of experience and he has also worked with companies like Contract India, Cheil, Havas and Rediffusion in the past.
Prior to Truecaller, he was serving as Group Account Director at Contract India for 1.5 years, and he had earlier served as Client Servicing Director at Cheil India for a year. He was also with Havas Worldwide as a Senior Account Director for close to 3 years.
Shah served as a Brand Director at Leo Burnett between October 2009 to June 2011, and a P1 Manager at Euro RSCG India between August 2008 and October 2009. He had worked as a Brand Partner at Rediffusion Y&R between March 2005 - August 2008.
Although his next move remains to be seen, Shah’s bio on LinkedIn describes him as an angel investor and a marketing advisor.
