The Kerala High Court Friday allowed a week’s time to the All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) to file a rejoinder after hearing all the broadcasters.
After hearing the counsel of Zee Entertainment, AIDCF insisted Justice Shaji P Chaly for two weeks to file a rejoinder which was contested by the counsel of Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation (IBDF) and other respondents in the case.

However, Justice Chaly posted the matter for further hearing on March 3 instructing AIDCF to file the rejoinder by then with a copy of the rejoinder sent to the respondents a day in advance.
The member cable operators of AIDCF and broadcasters reached an agreement on Thursday to sign the interconnection agreements without prejudice.
