Jaibeer Ahmad moves on from Cheil India after over 3.5 years of association

Jaibeer Ahmad, Senior Vice-President and Head of Cheil India has called it quits after 3 years and 7 months of association.

Ahmad made the announcement through a post on LinkedIn, in which he thanked all those who were a part of his journey at the agency.

“Three and a half years! When I took up this job the challenge looked daunting and in many ways it was. But this has turned out to be one of the most exhilarating, enriching and fulfilling journeys in my career,” the post read.

“We won many businesses including some marquee global brands. We created work that was celebrated (some of it truly iconic), built brands from scratch, and won awards. But what I am really proud of is the happy team I leave behind. Thank you everyone for the warmest and the craziest send-off,” he went on to state.

Prior to his stint at Cheil India, Ahmad was associated with J Walter Thompson (Wunderman Thompson today) for six years during which he served in various roles. He became the Senior Vice-President and EBD at the agency in 2018. Ahmad has also worked with agencies like Saatchi&Saatchi, Rediffusion, FCB ULKA, Ogilvy and Lowe Lintas, among others.
