Aaj Tak retains top slot during counting hours even in rolled data

BARC India has released the highly anticipated viewership data of the news channels for the vote counting day in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

On Thursday, December 8, Aaj Tak retained top slot during counting hours (8 am - 12 noon), even in four-week rolled data.

Aaj Tak was at the top with a 14.7% market share among 11 channels (Source BARC Wk 49, Rolled data, HSM, TG: 15+,  Weekday: Thursday, Time Band: 8 am - 12 noon).

India TV was at No. 2 with a 14.5% market share followed by News18 India with a 13.4% market share.

TV9 Bharatvarsh was at No. 4 with a market share of 11.4%.

ABP News was at No. 5 with a market share of 10%.

Republic Bharat garnered a 9.3% market share and fared at No. 6.

News24 was at No. 7 with a 7.4% market share followed closely by Good News Today with a market share of 7.3%.

Times Now Navbharat was at No. 9 with a market share of 7.1%.

News Nation was at No. 10 with a 3.6% market share followed by DD News with a market share of 1.3%.
