Vynsley Fernandes inducted in Hinduja Global Solutions Board following NxtDigital's acquisition

Following the final sanction and approval from NCLT for the transfer of NxtDigital’s media and communications business undertaking to Hinduja Global Solutions, Vynsley Fernandes Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at NxtDigital has been inducted into the Board of HGSL as additional Director; and has stepped down from the Board of NDL.

Fernandes will continue as the Chief Executive Officer of the Media and Communications businesses at HGSL that extends from digital television via satellite (HITS) and cable to broadband, content syndication and teleshopping.

Amar Chintopanth, Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, will continue to lead the top management of NDL under the guidance of the board of directors. 

The new NDL (after giving effect to the scheme) shall focus on the next phase of reorganisation of NDL, gearing up with necessary regulatory and other preparatory actions.
