Star Suvarna to present fiction show 'Katheyondu Shuruvagide'

Star Suvarna is all set to present to its viewers the ‘Katheyondu Shuruvagide’ show.

Today at 7 pm Star Suvarna will premiere ‘Katheyondu Shuruvagide’; where the lead characters Yuvraj Bahadur and Krithi appear as chalk and cheese, and yet commence a relationship together. The show will air Monday to Saturday at 7 pm on the channel.

What happens when Krithi, the strong, independent, confident female protagonist (Akshatha Deshpande) ends up marrying the arrogant Yuvraj Bahadur (Suraj), and how the story unfolds with both strong-minded families in the mix forms the plotline.

Womanhood is laced with many complexities imposed by culture, society and familial responsibilities and many times by self-inflicted fear. Coupled with the one who faces harsh realities and emerges triumphant is truly a strong woman.

The channel’s upcoming fiction offering Katheyondu Shuruvagide sketches the life of one such woman, Krithi, who overcomes hardships and fights fearlessly to become an invincible woman of the house. 

To launch the show, Star Suvarna has rolled out on-air and digital campaigns. Starting the day of launch, viewers will stand a chance to win a 43-inch LED television every day for a week. Called ‘Suvarna Golden Number’, this will require viewers to watch the episode and answer a simple question that will show up during the telecast.

Star Suvarna also has a digital campaign called Hennmakle Strong Guru (Women Are Strong) on social media, with Krithi sharing messages about strong and independent women, and relating them back to her own character in the show.
