Monster.com rebrands to foundit.in as it plans to transform into an end-to-end talent management platform

Monster.com has announced that it would be transforming into a full-fledged talent management platform as it rebrands itself as ‘foundit.in’ in Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions.

Addressing a press conference, foundit.in CEO also highlighted that till now, the company has been serving more than 70 million job seekers and 10,000 customers spread across 18 countries. 

With the new rebranding in place, foundit.in now aims to transform itself to an end-to-end talent management platform which will offer comprehensive solutions to recruiters and highly personalised and contextual services to job seekers across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In a statement, Monster.com, stated that the rebranding exercise of unveiling a new brand identity and logo coupled with the transition is in line with the company’s mission towards connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

According to Sekhar Garisa, CEO, “Technology is leading disruption across sectors and Talent Acquisition is no exception. The pandemic has fundamentally changed the way we work and the way we hire.” 

“We have been privileged to witness the talent acquisition landscape evolve over the last three decades, giving us an unparalleled depth of insights into recruitment. The platform of the future needs to cater to a highly dynamic job market, skill-based hiring and changing expectations from careers,” he added.

Furthermore, Garisa also went on to point out that a part of the new journey of Monster will be to simply facilitate job and candidate discovery to enable significantly better talent management outcomes. 

Ajit Isaac, Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Quess Corp and foundit.in, also said, “Over the last 15 years, Quess has been known for its service-led offerings that have won the confidence of its associates and customers alike. As an institution, steadfast on our commitment to formalise jobs in India, we have been focusing on building a product-led portfolio that can help democratise access to formal employment across white, blue and grey collar workers.” 

He also went on to add that Quess Corp had acquired Monster APAC and ME in 2018 as a strategic investment to strengthen the HR services portfolio along with a vision to transform white-collar talent acquisition in India, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

“Over the last couple of years, organisations experienced everything from the Great Resignation and the Great Regret leading to mass hiring at an unprecedented pace. But now as the market settles, hiring is going to be a lot sharper, focused and skill-based,” Isaac added.

He also stated, “Such precision can only be achieved through the combination of human ingenuity and technology and this is what we have to offer our recruiters and job seekers through foundit.in.”

As part of the new brand evolution, foundit.in will be placing a renewed focus on the users of the platform to bring forward the perfect career experience and will leverage disruptive technology for precision hiring to superior UI as part of the recruitment solutions.

One of the key features that job seekers can look forward to on the new rebranded version, foundit.in, is personalised job discovery and enablement solutions.

With foundit.in’s customised search results feature, candidates will also receive results and recommendations that are curated to their educational background, employment experience and validated skills.

Moreover, other features on foundit.in will include a community-led mentorship marketplace, skills validation through assessments, mobile-first UI, personalised recommendations, and self-enhancement tools like upskilling courses. 

As part of the rebranding process, foundit.in will be transforming into a platform that reflects and adapts to the diversity of the global job market and the new interface and features on the end-to-end talent platform will allow seamless and smart interaction between recruiters and candidates.

For the recruiters on the platform, foundit.in will offer a wide data set for each candidate along with insights and analytics that is aimed at making the process efficient as well as customised for each role's requirements.
