D2C seafood and meats brand Pescafresh is launching a live commerce tech property - Pescalive - in the seafood and meats space. Many customers believe that finding fresh, high-quality seafood online is full of obstacles, trepidation and misrepresentation. Pescalive, which has been developed by an in-house tech team, will showcase ‘fresh catch of the day’, taking customers in real time to the source.

Chef Sanjeev Kapoor graced the event and shared a few words of wisdom on stage. The other guests on the dais included India’s Master of Wine, Sonal Holland, Karthik Reddy, Founder and Managing Partner of Blume Ventures, Amit Uplenchwar, Director Strategy at Kalpataru Group and Sanjay Sethi, MD and CEO of Chalet Hotels.
The evening also saw massive attendance from influencers like Shaheen Abbas, actress Smita Jaykar, Rukmini Neil Mukesh, TV actor Suraj Thapar, popular singer Sriram Iyer and model-anchor Sandhya Shetty.
The event saw Mumbai’s gourmet lovers descend and sample some of the best that Pescafresh had to offer. Sumptuous and fresh seafood, meats and some delectifying vegetarian dishes were served up and the guests were spoiled for choice! The dining options on offer displayed a wide variety of choices including a sushi bar, taco station and live fish counter.
