The women-focused financial platform LXME has announced the appointment of Jasmin B Gupta as Co-Founder and CEO.
A seasoned banker and an astute business leader, Jasmin Gupta will spearhead the team towards creating an Indian neo-bank for women.
With a career spanning over two decades, Gupta holds strong expertise in consumer banking, digital banking and strategic fintech alliances.
Prior to joining LXME, she was associated with Equitas Small Finance Bank as their National Head - Neobank, Fintech Accelerator and Alliances and Digital Business.
In the past, she was worked with India’s leading banks such as Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank.

Jasmin B Gupta played a pivotal role at Equitas Small Finance Bank by launching the fastest growing neo-bank NiyoX and credit-backed neo-bank – FreoSave.

Jasmin is a triple gold medallist in MBA. She holds PhD in Financial Inclusion and Digitalisation from Gujarat University. She is a Fintech certified Professional from IIM Ahmedabad. She has been recognised as Top 100 Global L&D Minds, Top 100 BFSI Marketer.
She is associated with WICCI - Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as their National President - Financial Inclusion Council.
