Rahul Jauhari, the former Joint President and Chief Creative Officer, Rediffusion and Hari Ganesh, former Mumbai and South Head of Operations at Rediffusion have launched their new venture - Flibbr Consulting.
As per Jauhari, Flibbr will have a ‘build your own’ team approach, thereby giving the clients a customised team to help them in overcoming their obstacles.
Jauhari said, “The name Flibbr means free language with the aspect of creativity. Now coming to the business, primarily we didn’t want to start an agency, we wanted a consulting approach. During my research, I found that the brands want agencies on a project basis. Even on the agency side, retainers are decreasing. So that is the idea behind Flibbr, we will consult the brands/companies who are stuck with issues.”
Flibbr is not a conventional advertising agency, but a consultancy for brands to solve obstacles they are facing, as per Jauhari. The company’s first clients include an Indian manufacturing giant with a global footprint, a rising D2C brand in the personal hygiene space, and a leading CXaas company.
“We don’t want to restrict our business to ad campaigns, but we also want to strategize for large scale problems that the brand is facing and it can be of any variety from brand solutions, marketing, advertising, crisis management, etc,” he added.
Flibbr, as per him, is supported by a go-to eco-system of seasoned professionals including the likes of Subramanian Krishnan, Piyash Ghosh, Debalina C, Samir Chonkar, Saurabh Mishra, Yagna Raman, Vinay Kanchan, Saurabh Karandikar and Amitabh Saxena.
