Word of Mouth Media has elevated Jimmy Shahani, its Chief Operating Officer (COO), to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

With this latest restructuring, Panchhi will focus on building her new venture JiViSa Wellness, a wellness brand focused on bringing high-quality, natural, and wholesome products to help people live a ‘healthy life’.
Shahani said, "I am honoured to take the new responsibilities and look forward to scaling the business to new heights. The changing consumer behaviour, shifting viewer choices, increased inclination towards environmentally conscious practices, etc., demand brands to deliver more creative and personalized experiences in a sensitised tone. Shahani comes with over 15 years of experience in operations, human resources, and business administration. Over the years, he has accrued in-depth industry knowledge and expertise through multiple projects, including transitions, acquisitions, policies formulation, employee welfare and engagement, and building Internal branding campaigns.
His diverse industry experience across industries, including media, IT, and ITES, gives him an edge. He has worked with brands such as WNS, IBM, Prime Focus, and Tech Mahindra, to name a few. He pursued an MBA from ICFAI.
