Kannada GEC Colors Kannada from Viacom18 is making a comeback with renewed spirit with the relaunch of its biggest property Bigg Boss Season 8.
The show is all set to enthral viewers with unique events with the announcement of fresh episodes from June 23 at 6 pm on Wednesday, and daily at 9.30 pm thereafter. Bigg Boss Kannada fans will also get 24-hour live feeds, and can watch the show ahead of television on Voot Select and anytime on Voot.
This second innings of Bigg Boss Kannada 8 will witness 12 existing celebrities inside the house pitted against each other. The shooting for Bigg Boss Kannada 8 was suspended from May 9, 2021 on its 72nd day, due to the Karnataka state government imposing statewide lockdown to curb the spike in Covid-19 cases in the second wave. In the interim, the contestants were sent back to their respective places.
The new episodes will be hosted by Karnataka superstar Sudeep.
The show that has gone for 72 days with 12 celebrities (Vaishnavi Gowda, Aravind K P, Divya Urudaga, Divya Suresh, Shamanth, Raghu Gowda, Manju Pawagada, Shubha Poonja, Nidhi Subbaiah, Prashanth Sambargi, Priyanka Thimmesh and Chakravarthy Chandrachood) will continue for the remaining days, maintaining the regular format.
As the contestants are entering the house again with knowledge of their 72-day journey they had watched on the Voot app, this innings will be much more interesting to watch.
