As the country continues to tackle the second wave of Covid, companies are focusing on employee well-being and coming up with various programmes to help them sail through tough times. DDB Mudra Group has also announced a number of initiatives for its employees and has been launching campaigns that speak about kindness and compassion.

Kanthy said they have received immense support from their clients who have been understanding and have extended their help to the group by being flexible on deadlines and prioritisation of projects.

The group has been working on campaigns that spread positivity, kindness and compassion, including initiatives such as EatQual for McDonald’s. The group’s association with Meesho is also fuelling entrepreneurial dreams of women and empowering them.

DDB Mudra Group has announced a number of initiatives, including a tie-up with healthcare provider for Covid support that supports 24x7 online consultations with doctors, medicines at a discount, health check-ups and RT-PCR tests. The group is also tying up with hotels to quarantine employees. They have announced financial aid for employees and their spouses who have been affected by Covid and announced a bereavement policy and support, which ensures six months’ salary to the family of the deceased employee and three months’ salary if an employee loses his or her partner/ spouse.

The group had announced four working days for the month of May and emergency leaves for employees affected by Covid and for post-vaccination recovery. Besides quick access to verified medical help, beds, oxygen and financial support to employees for Covid-related emergencies, the group is providing pet foster care for Covid-positive pet parents.
