Amidst the current pandemic in the country, Ethinos, the digital and performance marketing agency, has launched a ‘Hub and Spoke’ model for their team to contain the Covid-19 outbreak and tackle the challenges during these uncertain times.
With the onset of Covid earlier, this year came with the need for a shift towards remote work for many. Employees are no more gung – ho about working from home as they were at the start of the pandemic, challenges in coordinating with colleagues, struggling for meetings, client calls and pitches are the top main reasons for wanting to return to the office. It is very clear that the pandemic will stay for the foreseeable future hence it has become a top priority for all businesses to adapt to the new normal and shift from a temporary work place to permanent solutions.
Keeping in mind the intensity, the new initiative - Hub and Spoke Model is been adopted for the team where there will be a central ‘hub’ for important meeting or discussions and small regional offices or ‘spoke’ for a smaller event closer to where they are living, for instance; people living in and around Kandivali and Borivali can have one location so that its saves their travel time and also is safe. The close-knit environment seems to be the way out while leveraging the growing and competitive and co-working market.
