Kids’ entertainment channel Nickelodeon will bring Kids Choice Awards 2020 on Valentine’s Day, February 14, at 8:30 pm.
As a category first, the awards will simulcast across 11 entertainment destinations, including Nick, Sonic and Nick HD+ on TV and across OTT on Voot, Voot Kids, Jio Tv, Jio Tv +. The show will also come to life on Nick India and Voot Kids Channels on YouTube as well as Nick India Facebook and Instagram pages.
Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards is India’s only award show by the kids, for the kids and of the kids, which recognises and celebrates the best in the world of entertainment across digital, mobile gaming, sports, film and television. The awards this year promise kids and families an evening of fun, frolic and fanfare with dozens of celebrities such as Varun Dhawan, Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Badshah, Norah Fatehi and many more making video appearances, performances, and taking on challenges.
Tiger Shroff and Kiara Advani will receive special recognitions for keeping the kids entertained throughout the lockdown. Hosted by child artist Aakriti Sharma and the entertaining dancer, host and dost Raghav Juyal, the 30-minute show will feature Badshah rapping for his young fans and actor-comedian Dilip Joshi taking on the emoji challenge followed by a full-blown pyjama party with the toons.

Nickelodeon has infused innovation into the extravaganza with a host of firsts to its credit; a digitised transformation followed by all-new and innovative nomination categories and a never seen before KCA squad. The nominations, which were extended to six new categories, including Best YouTube influencer, Best Kid Influencer, to name a few, reflected of the times we live in and celebrated those who upped the spirits during lockdown. The phenomenal response received by the awards this year with around 15 lakh votes makes this award even more special.
