It’s been two months of the launch of Branding Edge Strategic Communication, a venture by Rahul Tekwani that provides 360-degree strategic solutions from advertising to digital to PR, financial communication, and influencer marketing, all under one roof.
According to Founder and Managing Partner Tekwani, who was earlier Group Brand Manager at Enormous Brands, what differentiates Branding Edge Strategic Communication from other agencies is that it creates strategies that are business-driven and helps brands to navigate effectively through a changing landscape, identifying and achieving brilliant benchmarks for themselves.
“During the pandemic and in the time of recovery, I saw the communication industry struggling and not finding it easy to adapt to the changing landscape of media and the client business and this opened up unseen loopholes. This encouraged me to have a set-up that provides 360-degree strategic solutions and looked like the best time to disrupt the communication industry,” said Tekwani.
He said, “At Branding Edge, we offer tailor-made strategic advice that drives the business and sets the brand apart in the industry. The core of what we do lies in calculated planning and data, coupled with creatively engaging content and strategic counsel that helps our clients navigate what is becoming a complex ecosystem of brand-building.”
Speaking about the name ‘Branding Edge’, Tekwani said, “It was simple, creating that ‘Edge’ for our clients.”
The team comprises strategists, senior creatives, investment bankers, and corporate lawyers with more than two-and-a-half-decades of transactional experience. As the team works on data and insights-driven approach, the current work lot helps them create stuff that works for the business of the brand and is compliance-corrected.
The agency’s plan over the next one year is to curate work that acts as a case study and something that gives strategy the recognition it deserves. It will be looking to expand its operations in other Indian markets and keeping in mind the changing scenario, evolve their skills every second.
Speaking on the number of clients on board, Tekwani said, “We have been fortunate in the first month of launch to have a double-digit client list. We are working with a couple of listed entities and few start-ups and are creating strategies on all marketing fronts.”
