India’s only b2b platform and the go-to place for content marketers and practitioners, BuzzInContent.com, has announced the launch of its inaugural full-day learning and knowledge sharing event ‘BuzzInContent Conversations 2020’ followed by the ‘BuzzInContent Awards 2020’ honouring path-breaking content initiatives being undertaken by agencies, publishers and brands.
The annual gala event is scheduled to take place in April 2020 in Mumbai.
Entries to the awards will open in January last week. The delegate registrations for BuzzInContent Conversations will begin a week later.
Talking about the initiative, Niraj Sharma, Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief, BuzzInContent, said, “Content marketing in India is expanding faster than ever. There has been a steady rise in the number of branded content studios, within the advertising agencies, publications and the standalone ventures. More and more brands are putting their money behind content initiatives. The path-breaking work that's coming out needs to be recognised in a transparent manner. Being the most credible and popular platform, BuzzInContent.com decided to set up content marketing awards to recognise outstanding content initiatives."
One more award! But how would it be different? Addressing this obvious first question that could come in people’s minds, Akansha Srivastava, Co-founder and Editor, BuzzInContent, said, “BuzzInContent owns the space being the first and only b2b platform dedicated to content marketing and the awards are a natural extension for us. I am in the position to assure content practitioners that this award will set a new benchmark in the Indian awards business across the industries through its transparency, integrity and a robust judging process.”
The award categories will be segregated industry-wise considering different benchmarking on different parameters for content initiatives in each industry.

On BuzzInContent Conversations, Sharma said, “Most marketers we spoke to about the big thing they would bet on in the near future said it would be ‘content’. While the growth of content marketing is rapidly exploding with more and more brands trying their hands on it, every stakeholder sees a piece of content and its performance through different lenses and there is almost no meeting point between the two. Everyone complains about the other for not understanding the content. Here is the need for a neutral learning and knowledge sharing platform like ‘Content Conversations’. Every session of the A-list event will be focused on delivering key takeaways.”
