New York Festivals 2020 AME Awards is open for entries

New York Festivals 2020 AME Awards for the World’s Best Advertising and Marketing Effectiveness is now accepting entries for creative and effective work that works.

The AME Awards honours innovative and effective campaigns that demonstrate a ground-breaking solution to a challenging marketing problem solved via strategic planning, creative execution and producing measurable results for brave clients.

For 2020 AME charges out of the gate armed with a contemporary new website, a streamlined entry platform, category updates and new members to our distinguished Advisory Council.

“New for 2020, Cannabis & CBD (Products & Services) showcases the exceptional work created by brands and agencies working on this new array of products,” said Gayle Mandel, Executive Director, New York Festivals AME Awards. “2019’s Gold AME-winning and wildly effective entry ‘Cannabis Curation Committee’ (AHLOT) was the source of inspiration behind this exciting new category.”

Creativity for Positive Impact Categories honour campaigns in all media whose goal is to encourage social good and beneficial behaviour to facilitate change. The addition of Purpose-Driven Brands to the mix celebrates socially responsible brands whose mission includes dedicating partial profits or products to give back. Rounding out the powerhouse roster, Experiential Marketing (Best Use of Medium) honours breakthrough work that drives brand engagement via an immersive experience bonding the consumer with the brand.

AME’s Advisory Council lends their creative insights, industry expertise and global perspective to the AME Awards team.  For 2020, AME welcomes four industry leaders whose guidance infuses AME with added agility.

“I’m thrilled that these respected industry leaders have signed on to AME’s Advisory Council,” said Mandel.
“Their observations allow AME to provide a worldwide platform respective to industry innovations that encourages and honours effectiveness in the world of advertising and brand building.”

AME’s award-winning Grand Jury is recruited from five global regions region (Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, North America and Latin America). These innovative marketers, strategy directors, media planners, creative directors, and social media experts thoughtfully review all entries with global knowledge and perspective from the industry with attention to cultural and economic relevance. Jury selection has now begun for the 2020 Grand Jury.

The results of the 2019 Grand Jury sessions are parsed in the annual AME Report, an industry report that honours and provides rankings for agencies and brands.
